and phasing. This is called Entrainment.

messaging has been shown to be most effective when the brain is prodded
into the Alpha or Theta state.
The combination of the two processes can vastly enhance the effectiveness
of subliminal messages because research shows that subliminal messages
are most effective when the brain is functioning in the Alpha and
Theta states. That is why the use of self- help tapes while sleeping

Mesmeric Inference & Mnemonic Evocation

Mesmeric Inference (M.I.) is the Brainwave

Executive Center of the Brain
The inventors were interested in more than just testing the brain.
In fact, the primary design and development objective was to come
up with a series of mental challenges that actually developed the
brain in the process. By develop we mean "upgrade" the brain's processing
powers, similar to upgrading a computer's memory and speed.
In our cognitive-computer model the brain has an executive center
called "working memory". One of its functions is to organize new information
deciding whether to immediately act on such information, or file it
away for possible later use. When given a problem, working memory
acts to quickly integrate new information with files info, then make
an appropriate decision and choose an action, if appropriate.
Working memory has two primary capacities, speed of processing and
amount of information that can be temporarily held in an active "working
file" while an appropriate insight, decision and possible action is
required.
The primary objectives of the ThinkFAST! Brainpower series (of six
