Chi Vitalizer
The Chi Vitalizer is a heavy-duty chi machine, weighing 16 pounds, with 40 watts

has the benefit of a variable speed control, so you can set it at a speed that
feels comfortable to you. There is no clinical data that says there is only one
correct speed. We recommend that you start at a short amount of time and a slow

pace. The footrest has cushioned padding for your ankles, alleviating the stress
and rubbing that can be a problem with other machines. The movement also has a
