Therefore the following guidelines are hereby posted so that we may serve our customers with all the due diligence at our disposal.  Cerebrex offers a 30 day money back guarantee policy, as well as 12 month warranty against factory defects, unless otherwise specified on the individual product listing. If you want to return a product you must call first or e-mail and get a Return Authorization Number. Please be certain that returned merchandise is in original condition and in its original carton. Shipping charges for returns are not refundable. There is a 15% restocking fee on ALL returned merchandise. Some products like nutrients, books, software, CD's, DVD's and tapes are not returnable, unless defective.    Regarding privacy We hold client privacy issues in the very highest regards.
